About the Artist
I am a Philadelphia-based watercolor artist inspired by the quiet poetry of landscapes and the vibrant rhythm of city life. Whether I’m painting rolling valleys, river paths, or the iconic silhouettes of Philadelphia’s skyline, I strive to capture atmosphere-the subtle shifts of light, the mood of a place, and the emotion held in a moment of stillness.
Watercolor has always felt like the perfect medium for expressing this fluidity. Its unpredictability keeps me present, responding to each wash and bloom as it forms. I love the way watercolor mirrors the character of the city itself-layered, lively, and full of surprising beauty.
I am a proud member of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society, the Delaware Valley Art League, and 3rd Street Gallery, communities that constantly push and inspire me to grow. In addition to my own studio practice, I teach watercolor classes at Girl Holding a Pen in Fairmount, where I share not only techniques but the joy of slowing down and seeing the world with intention.
Through my work, I hope to offer viewers a familiar scene seen anew-to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the landscapes and cityscapes that shape our everyday lives.
